Why Wrist24

The same watch.
Typically around 8% less.

Not a discount. Not a promotion. A structurally lower cost of buying and selling a fine watch — and we’d rather show you where the difference comes from than dress every listing in red ink.

The structure

Where the difference comes from

01

Lower commission

Our seller commission sits below the industry standard. Sellers don’t need to pad their asking price to cover marketplace fees — so the price you see starts lower.

02

One real price

No inflated “was” prices, no perpetual sales, no listing theatre. Every watch carries a single, honest number — the one you actually pay.

03

Lean by design

Online-first, one location, no boutique overheads. What we don’t spend on marble floors stays out of the price of your watch.

Buyer protection

Cheaper never means riskier

Authenticated in-house

Every watch is opened, timed and verified by our watchmaking team before it is listed — movement, case, dial, papers.

Secure settlement

Your payment is made by bank transfer, and we hold your watch until it has cleared.

Insured door to door

Complimentary fully-insured worldwide shipping, tracked with signature on delivery — and 14-day returns.

Specialist profiles — the watchmakers who authenticate every Wrist24 piece — are being published. Until then, every listing is backed by the same in-house, multi-point inspection.

Questions

Fair asks

Why are your prices lower than other marketplaces?

Because our costs are lower and our commission is lower — not because the watches are different. Same references, same condition standards, leaner structure.

Are these grey-market or problem watches?

No. Every watch is authenticated in-house before listing, with provenance and paperwork verified. If a watch doesn’t pass, it isn’t sold — at any price.

What does “no buyer’s premium” mean at auction?

The number you bid is the number you pay. Insured shipping is included; there is no percentage added on top of the hammer price.

What if the watch arrives and it isn’t right?

We hold your watch until payment clears, and you have 14 days to return it for a full refund.
